Delivery and Returns.

 

UK Delivery:

All UK orders are posted using Royal Mail First Class which should reach you within 1-2 working days from the day of posting. I will notify you when your order has been dispatched.

 

I aim to dispatch all UK deliveries within a week of your order, however it can be much quicker than this especially if the item is in stock. If you need your item by a certain date please contact me when you order to make sure I can deliver within your deadline.

 

 

International Delivery:

I am currently not shipping outside the UK due to Brexit. I will keep monitoring this and hope to be able to ship internationally again soon.

 

Refunds and Returns:

You have the right to cancel an order from the moment you place the order until 14 days after the day you receive it. You then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. Please email hello@wendynorton.co.uk or call me to notify that you wish to cancel your order immediately so that it can be processed in a timely manner.

 

Refunds will only be processed once the jewellery is returned. The items must be complete, unworn, and still in their original packaging. I reserve the right to inspect the returned jewellery before issuing a refund or credit note and a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of the item(s) being handled more than was necessary.

 

Please note that for hygiene reasons I cannot accept returned pierced earrings.

 

Please use a Signed for Service to return your item as I cannot be responsible if the item is lost in the post.  Please contact me prior to returning your item.

 

If your item has arrived damaged in any way I will be happy to replace or refund it, including all postage costs. In the case that you have changed your mind, I am happy to exchange or refund the order, but the cost of returning the item would be up to you.

 

I cannot issue a refund if you change your mind on a custom made design.
